Our Cooking Classes: traditions to be lived

Surrounded by the timeless beauty of the Chianti hills, guests of Hotel Le Fontanelle and The Club House are invited to embark on a sensory journey into the heart of Tuscan culinary tradition.
An authentic experience to be lived with hands, mind, and heart.
Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 11:00 AM, our guests are welcome to join an intimate, hands-on cooking class at our Villa Il Mandorlo at Hotel Le Fontanelle, lasting approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, where they’ll discover the secrets and gestures of an authentic cuisine rooted in seasonal ingredients and time-honoured recipes.
Guided by our chef, participants will prepare a full Tuscan menu—from fresh handmade pasta to traditional second courses and a dessert to sweetly conclude the experience.
Even the little ones can join in, with a dedicated children’s menu focused on simple, fun recipes like cookies and soft doughs.
The classes are designed for small groups—up to 6 participants, or up to 12 if part of the same party. For special occasions or private events, the experience can also be arranged in the estate’s outdoor spaces, creating an even more enchanting atmosphere.
Cooking classes are also available for guests staying at The Club House: to ensure maximum comfort, we offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from Villa Il Mandorlo, making the experience smooth and enjoyable in every detail.
At the end of the experience, each guest receives a certificate of participation, a curated digital recipe collection of the dishes prepared, and a personalised apron—a lasting memory of an experience shaped by tradition, creativity, and Tuscan charm.
The perfect opportunity to share flavours, stories, and smiles—in one of Tuscany’s most enchanting settings.
