Position

We are looking for a motivated person ready to integrate into our concierge team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in the luxury hospitality sector and excellent relational and communication skills. The candidate will focus on the initial reception of guests, providing information about the area, as well as performing luggage handling, car parking and cleaning tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Implementation of daily procedures such as check-out, check-in, car parking, and cleaning common areas.

Requirements

• High level of professionalism, with previous experience in a similar role for at least 1 year in luxury hotels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stressful situations.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license (B).
