Position

We are looking for a motivated person ready to integrate into our Front Office team. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in the luxury hospitality sector, strong leadership and communication skills that allow interaction with a high-level international audience. The candidate should be able to show empathy, manage stressful situations, to lead a team of 5/6 people. Under the supervision and assistance of the Front Office Manager, he/she will be responsible for the daily organization of the reception and will report directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and train the staff, ensuring high service standards.
• Organization, supervision, and implementation of daily procedures for the Front Office department.
• Handling guest complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• High level of professionalism and previous experience in a similar role for at least 1 year in luxury hotels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stressful situations.
• Excellent spoken and written English; a second language is preferred.
• Familiarity with booking procedures and hotel management systems, preferably Opera.
• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
