Position

We are looking for a motivated person ready to integrate into our Front Office team. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in the luxury hospitality sector and good communication skills. The candidate will manage front desk responsibilities during the night closing and morning departures.

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Implementation of night procedures for Front Office and Back Office, such as cash closing, night audit, reports, communication with departments, and organizing the next day's activities.
• Closing cashier at the end of the shift.
• Resolving daily issues.

Requirements

• High level of professionalism, with previous experience in a similar role for at least 1 year in luxury hotels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems, preferably Opera.
• Availability to cover night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Own transportation.
