Position

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Pastry Demi Chef to join our kitchen team at The Club House*****L. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing their designated section under the supervision of the Chef de Partie, maintaining daily control of their food supplies, and upholding the high quality and management standards required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Manage the daily operations of the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and guest satisfaction goals.
• Ensure high service standards.
• Manage their area of expertise and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

• Previous experience in a similar role in high-quality hotels or restaurants.
