Position

We are seeking a Wellness Concierge to join our Spa team for the 2025 season. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for luxury hospitality, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive, open-minded attitude. He/she is determined to provide the highest quality spa services our property has to offer.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and handle overall spa operations such as reservations, spa tours, and inquiries with the support and supervision of the Wellness Manager.
• Greet and assist all guests before and after their treatments.
• Assist guests with appropriate retail selections and upsell items, promoting The Wellness Sanctuary's services, programs and products.
• Promptly answer the telephone and handle guest requests in person and via email in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provides personalized solutions.

Requirements

• Professional and courteous.
• Kind and empathetic approach.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Office and computer skills and experience with Opera\/Fidelio programs preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Genuine, friendly, service-oriented attitude while maintaining the highest standards according to The Wellness Sanctuary procedures.
• Availability to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

• Driver's license and car ownership.
